We love Stoby's cheese dip!  Stoby's cheese dip just makes casseroles better and we prefer it over Rotel Dip.

INGREDIENTS

1 tub Stoby's Cheese Dip (we prefer the white)
2 packages frozen spinach (thawed and drain)
1 - 1/2 chopped onion depending on your taste
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 red pepper (optional)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1 pound cooked ground beef or diced chicken breast

Mix together  and place in casserole dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray and bake 45 min at 350 degrees or put in microwave for 20 - 30 minutes or until heated through.  Can also serve with tortilla chips as a dip by adding one more tub of Stoby's cheese or  as is with garlic bread as a meal.  My kids love it.
