INGREDIENTS:2 cups water2 cups potatoes, diced (can leave skin on)2 carrots, diced1 small yellow onion, chopped½ bell pepper, chopped1 tsp. garlic powder½ tsp. salt 1 pound ground beef, browned & drained1 tub Stoby’s White Cheese DipCombine water, potatoes, carrots, onion, bell pepper & seasonings in large saucepan. Bring to boil, cover & simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes & carrots are fork tender. Add browned ground beef & Stoby’s Cheese Dip. Heat through.
