Cheese Burger Soup Print

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups water
2 cups potatoes, diced (can leave skin on)
2 carrots, diced
1 small yellow onion, chopped
½ bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
1 pound ground beef, browned & drained
1 tub Stoby’s White Cheese Dip

Combine water, potatoes, carrots, onion, bell pepper & seasonings in large saucepan.  Bring to boil, cover & simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes & carrots are fork tender.  Add browned ground beef & Stoby’s Cheese Dip.  Heat through.
