INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground beef 1 medium yellow onion 1 Tablespoon sugar ½ tsp. Garlic Salt 1 cup Stoby’s White Cheese Dip 1 can MexiCorn, drained 1 box Jiffy Muffin Mix (mix according to directions on box)
Brown ground beef & onion. Add sugar, garlic salt & Stoby’s Cheese Dip to beef mixture. Pour into 8x8 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Layer corn on top of beef mixture. Layer Jiffy on top of corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until cornbread is cooked through.
